The minimum rental period for the item is 4 days. If you would like to arrange a longer period, please write to us: info@pulmakleit.com.

 

Please pay attention to the description of the item/dress – size and measurements. The size of clothes worn in everyday life may not coincide with the size of wedding or evening dresses. Therefore, it is important to measure yourself in advance.

 

Before confirming and paying for the order, please indicate the rental dates in the "Additional information" box.

 

Please note that you will receive the dress on the first day and you will have to post it again on the last.

 

If the ordered item cannot be delivered for reasons on our part (for example, the previous customer has not returned the dress on time), the Customer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be returned, but no later than within 7 days of sending the notification, to the account where the payment was received.

 

If for some reason the item ordered by mail does not fit, please return/post it to us no later than the next day and inform us about it info@pulmakleit.com

or call 58390392. If we have not been informed and you return the dress after the reservation has ended, we assume that the dress did fit you and in this case the amount paid for the rental will not be refunded.

 

The unsuitable dress must be unworn!

 

The item will be sent by mail 2 days before the rental start date you have chosen.

 

The client has the opportunity to cancel the reservation the day before the dress is sent out and we will refund the paid amount in full to the account. (For example, the rental start date is June 6, we will send the item to you on June 4, you can cancel the order until June 3).

 

Deposit

 

  1. A deposit is added to the rental price of each dress. The price is stated next to each dress, which will be returned to the client after the product has been returned to us and checked.

 

  1. If the dress has holes that can be easily repaired, we have the right to collect 50% of the deposit from the customer. If the dress cannot be restored to its original shape, we have the right to collect 100% of the deposit.

 

  1. If the rented dress is completely damaged or lost, we will file a claim for damages in the amount of the cost of the items.

 

  1. If the dress is very dirty (cannot be cleaned), we may not return the deposit, we will definitely inform the customer.

 

  1. We expect the rented items back at the agreed time. If they are returned later than agreed, we have the right to collect 50% of the deposit. If the dresses cannot be returned at the agreed time, please call and we will try to arrange a new time.

 

  1. If the dresses are not returned a week (7 days) after the agreed time, we have the right to collect 100% of the deposit.

 

Return

 

The customer pays for the return of the item. The package can be returned to the Tallinn Nautica center, using any postal service provider.

We ask that the item be returned by mail on the last booked day. If there is a delay, please inform us immediately at info@pulmakleit.com

 

The item does not need to be cleaned. Cleaning is included in the rental price.
